What is a Labyrinth?

The labyrinth is a form of walking meditation, a chance to walk an archetypal blueprint, spiraling in towards your center, towards your deepest inner knowing, and then following the same path back out into the world. Walking the labyrinth is an ancient spiritual practice, and is a beautiful way to make the turning of the seasons, process grief or loss, or mark a rite of passage. Wild Church works with Veriditas-trained labyrinth facilitators, who regularly lead public and private labyrinth walks in the North Bay.
